Jonathan is a second year studying Mandarin at St John’s. He started playing tennis at the age of seven and represented his club in the top division of Leicestershire’s winter and summer leagues as a junior. He also competed in the Road to Wimbledon County Finals in 2015. Last year, he played at number one for St John’s in the college league and helped St John’s to reach the semi-finals of Cuppers, although unfortunately this could not take place due to COVID. He looks forward to competing in Varsity this year.
